HELP!! My Wii stopped reading discs and my warrany has run out.... can anyone link me to a good cleaning/repair video?

Well, there's a recall on Nintendo's website, you may have to do a bit of digging around to find it but it is there. The recall is due to the lazers inside of Wii consoles eventually burning themselves out trying to read dual-layer discs. If you claim that's the problem, then you can most likely get it fixed for free. Although I'm not sure that all of your save data will stay intact. I know ours wasn't. :(
