Is GTA V easier than the previous games in the series or I've just become better?

It's gotten easier as I can tell. Vice City Stories one of the harder ones with it's god damned crane level which I had troubles with since I hated the PSP's control scheme.

I think the series just improved its gameplay and removed the glitches thus resulting in better smoother gameplay. That and you might have improved.
