I'm not entirely sure what Melbourne Bounce is... Is it kinda like Trap or Moombahton in any way?

nah. characterized by a "bouncing" bass in between the kicks and claps of your typical 4 on the floor beat. similar to techno and eurodance in that way, but it's typically 128 bpm and has more of a swing feel. Look up "Game Over" by Bombs Away for a good example :)
