See that? That's where confusion happens. Chrop is talking about the illustration but I'm talking about the picture of the 3D-Model that all fighters get.

@Chrop: Go the mobile site. The PC/Mac site is all glitched up, so much that it isn't even showing the "Warning! New Challenger Approaching!" labels. On the mobile site she has the full newcomer banner.
