Spoiler
It means it's not as much as a "end all be all" powerhouse as fanboys and some people around here have made it out to be.
The post above was certified to be simply smashing by the Wii U Forum Staff.

well what would you expect from amds biggest competitor of course they will say it's crap fact is it will be more than ample for a next gen console to fully optimize software with if they went with a top end gpu/cpu it would not be affordable and no one would buy it.
wii u premium, new super mario bros u, darksiders 2, call of duty black ops 2, zombiu
blue 3ds xl, resident evil revelations, zelda ocarina of time

LOL this is great.
Spoiler
Nvidia thinks the tech is outdated. And it's true. But all consoles are when they launch because you can't upgrade them, which is what the guy in this article is saying.
But outdated tech and specs doesn't mean bad performance it just means, compared to pc's it isn't there in terms of performance. but pc's aren't just mainly focused around gaming like consoles.

He didn't state anything that wasn't known. And sorry if people don't have $500 to spend on your GTX 680 alone, nevermind CPU, RAM, etc.
