hi welcome to the forums 
just for the record, my console history is:
1991 - 1993 NES
1993 - 1997 SNES (still have but don't use)
1997 - 2002 N64 (still have but only play DK64 and Banjo-Tooie)
2002 - 2007 Gamecube
2007 - 2013 Wii (had several, bricked two or three of them, am using black just for GC games)
2013 - present Wii U (had for a couple of weeks so far)
Also had Game Boy, Game Boy Colour, Advance, Advance SP, DS, 3DS.
