As a huge fan of the series, I check up on news whenever possible, and today they have announced that the elder scrolls will be moving off ad Tamriel and onto its neighboring continent, Akavir! I think this is the fresh turn the series has needed. There will be 6 new playable races, all much different from each other, and each with there own distinct province. The game has been in te works since late June 2011, there is no news as to what systems it will e available for, although PC can be expected without doubt. I'm guessing next gen systems And a release date of November 2014. What are your thoughts on Akavir? check out the link below for more info!

The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion was one of the first games I got for the 360. Wasn't very good at it, took me about 3 months to find my way out of the sewers in the first level. I did enjoy picking fights with the guards though. Never beat it.

Wow, I was expecting a fallout 4, Kinda sad that it isn't fallout 4, But it's bethesda, I'll love this game.

i don't think it's an April fools joke, for the information was released in march, but I wouldn't put it past Bethesda.April fools, huh ? You could do better.

Awwwww, I got my hopes up there, that's the one thing I don't like about April Fools fake game anouncments, anyone see the Deus Ex Human Defiance anouncment from Square Enix, It turned out to bee a fake 8-bit game for April Fools, I got my hopes up then too
