As I pointed out Dragon Quest is far likely to spike sales of the hardware considering how popular the franchise is and has always been in Japan.
fair enough, but obviously G&W is also popular, and potentially moved units as well, not sure the point of arguing this, because sales rose when both of those games released, meaning that either one could have sold the system to any particular customer. Your opinion on a particular game has no bearing on whether it was a decision maker for someone in Japan.
Honestly I don't care which one was the "system seller" because the point is that systems were sold. Happy news, and I did little more than quote an article, hence the title and content of the post.
