My cheeseburger is looking rather.. odd.
Starting Friday, April 12th in the United States, McDonalds is including character toys from Skylanders Giants in their happy meals.
The figures (which can’t be used with the game) include: Spyro, Gill Grunt, Drobot, Chop Chop, Ignitor, Jet-Vac, Tree Rex, Crusher and Kaos. Although you can’t use them in game, they each have their own play mechanic, such as the ability to shoot from a rocket (seen above) or possibly take over the world (hey, it’s possible). But wait! There’s more! Also included is a $10 coupon for the Skylanders Giants Starter Pack for the Wii U, Wii, and Nintendo 3DS.
The promotion is running until May 2nd in the United States. Other countries are expected to begin this promotion soon as well, so don’t worry our other country friends! Will you be heading to McDonalds now?
