You don't have to not eat meat to be on a diet. Meat is good for you. (as long as its not fast food meat that is)
You seem to be bewildered.
I'm not on a "diet" I'm trying to change my "diet" to something different. I'm not trying to lose weight, if anything I need to "gain" it. The reason why I want to try a different diet it's because I exercise and I wanna see if I get different results.
