You don't have to not eat meat to be on a diet. Meat is good for you. (as long as its not fast food meat that is)

You seem to be bewildered.

 

I'm not on a "diet" I'm trying to change my "diet" to something different. I'm not trying to lose weight, if anything I need to "gain" it. The reason why I want to try a different diet it's because I exercise and I wanna see if I get different results.

though you have to be careful some stuff on there isn't true, but there is still a lot of great information on there.

I'm nothing, I eat what I want when I want, your on this earth for a good Time not a long time so why limit yourself to what you can and can't eat or can or can't do. Pretty much my view when it comes to the majority of things in life, food, religion etc

Oh yeah, I'm familiar with this site. I know that most stuff on there isn't true, I'm very cautious on what I research.
