If you are preaching to the choir of current Nintendo fans who have a newer Nintendo console (post 2011) that's 30 million+ potential customers. Because those Nintendo Directs go to them as well. If Nintendo could sell just 10 million 3DS owners to buy a Wii U this year, that would be 13 million Wii U's sold and surpassing Nintendo's goal of nine million sold by years end. Which, btw, means at the same time frame the Wii U would OUTSELL PS3's one year mark.

Not bad really.

However, I do agree that big media sites need to cover Nintendo Directs more. Which would be easy if you asked them to stream it live for you. **HINT HINT NINTENDO**.
