I had to break up with my first girlfriend last month because she's going to college soon, and it was pretty difficult. I had some major feelings for her, and I'm not really sure if she had the same for me. So even though I'm not sure if her feelings were pure, I know that I felt a spark in my heart every time we were together. This little rhyme pops into my head everytime I remember...

And so the love is gone...
And darkness settles in...
Although my heart is sunken...
I will find pride within...
Because although we part...
My heart will carry on...
Though yours died...
My love carries on.

I feel really sad for you. Make this a song and play it on guitar for her. She might love you back if she isn't a total jerk. If she is, it's a good thing you aren't her boyfriend.

I was in the same boat a short while ago >.> I know you wouldn't want pity, so here's some advice; hang around your friends a bunch. When you surround yourself with loved ones, it can help fill the void you have. That's what I did, and I'm over it now

I gotta say, that poem is very sweet. I will not critique because this poem really came from your heart and that is what matters most. Well...too bad I stopped having feelings after break-up. >.> I got over it...almost too easily. I had my reasons though. It seems that you had it wonderful though, so I can see why you still have feelings. Hey, just keep on moving though. Nice job!
