I'd care more about fifa, but still I'd probably never buy even that.Well, apparently EA made the right decision because absolutely no Wii U fan appears to want a sports game because apparently everyone of them exercises regularly outside and that makes a football game lame. . .For the few of us that realize that there will now be no official NFL game on the Wii U (and realize that's a pretty big group of players that WONT be buying a Wii U) it kind of sucks. I'm not a madden fan, but EA sports games are like Mcdonalds. Every town has them. While Nintendo will survive without third party games (for now) it doesn't bode well to expanding their player base.
Honestly the attitude of some Wii U fans bothers me more than anything else. If a game is coming to the Wii U, "ITS THE DEFINITIVE VERSION!!!! IM TOTALLY GETTING IT!!!" vs if it's not "meh. . .i hate that game anyways". According to most of us the Wii U miraculously doesn't get sucky games and only gets definitive versions. Pretty amazing right? When will we realize that any game coming means more players, better gaming experience, more money for Nintendo = GOOD
Maybe it's just because I'm 74 now and see the value of things differently.
Were I in my 30's I might still be interested.
