I just hope they don't over-use the gamepad. Liked the old splinter cell games, haven't had a console that had newer splinter-cell games on it. So might be getting this one

I just hope they don't over-use the gamepad. Liked the old splinter cell games, haven't had a console that had newer splinter-cell games on it. So might be getting this one
Looks like pretty much any device that Sam Fisher uses will be done with the gamepad, which I absolutely love. Additionally, you have the option to do offscreen play and not use the gamepad for those functions, the benefit of having all the buttons of a standard controller and an additional touch screen as control options.

I kinda like the FPS mode. It looks interesting, one is in 1st person and one is in 3rd person.

I wasnt a huge fan of the Splinter Cell games, but if the final product is very polished, then I will definately consider this one. It looks like it makes good use of the gamepad, and after playing a more stealth game in Goldeneye, I am warming up to that style of play.

im starting to gain a lot of trust in Ubisoft. more so because of the Rayman Challenge app... its so addictive and they seem they know how to use the gamepad the way it was designed to be used. now all i need is for them to bring some positive comments about the console and its ability.

Spies vs. Mercs is going to be in the Wii U version, as well as the other ones.
