For me, Metal Gear Solid would be quite fitting. any of the eras, Naked Snake era, Solid Snake era, the Old Snake era.
It get a kick out of hearing Ottacon saying "This is like one of my Japanese Animes!"

Metal gear would look... strange as a anime
I'd say Ni No Kuni (kinda obvious game to have as a anime)
Or Phoenix Wright
I would say Professor layton but the movie they made wasn't as good as i hoped it would be.

Devil Survivor 2 just became an anime. I suggest watching it, it's pretty good so far.

I would like to see Fire Emblem get another shot as an anime. I think Final Fantasy 4, 6, or 7 would make a good anime, as well as Chrono Trigger. This may be a long shot, but Metroid may work. I'm not a big anime guy, so I don't really know the qualities of what would make a good one, but I'd watch those.
