Zombi U or MH3U only because you cannot play those anywhere else. Really, it's a matter of personal taste and if you are familiar with any of the franchises or want to try something new.

COD BO2 community is small 3000-5000 ( but it never takes long to get in a match), so if you play something other than team deathmatch you are going to have a bad time

 

Mass Effect 3 community is pretty good, haven't played in like 2 months due to college, so I'm not sure how many people are still playing

 

ZombiU is some good fun, but once you put it down for another game you just don't feel like picking it back up (at least for me)

 

MH3U is really fun and has a bunch of replay value , if you know for sure you will like the game I say get it with out a doubt

I've never had an issue playing domination in BO2 either.  I would still go with an exclusive if you are looking for a single game.  MH3U is very popular, there are plenty of people all over the world to hunt with.

If you love the survival element in survival horror I would suggest Zombi U.

If you really have trouble deciding and perhaps are not familiar with a certain game as much as another, I recommend checking out some reviews, and let's plays on youtube to get a feel.

I'd go for one of the exclusives too (leaning more towards MH3U), if you don't have another console.

For sure don't get Assassin's Creed III, Black Ops II, or Mass Effect 3, they're broken games.

You can't go wrong with either ZombiU or MH3U.

Why are they broken? I have Black Ops 2 and there's nothing wrong with it, i enjoyed it for quite a long time until I got Injustice. I can't really talk for the other games, but this is the first complaint I've heard about them

 

 

And I personally suggest looking into all those games yourself. Go to review websites, like this http://www.gamerankings.com/, see what they have to say

Go to youtube and look up gameplay of all the games.

Do some research on the prices you can get all the games for. See what deals you can get. You know what kind of games you're typically interested in more than anyone else on this forum

Black ops 2 is not broken. It is good but gets boring after a while. ZombiU is too scary for my liking, but you might like it.

I love AC3 and ZombiU but if you want your monies worth pick MH3U, such an awesomly massive game, HOURS OF FUN!

Monster Hunter looks the most interesting to me out of those choices, though I haven't played it outside of the demo.

I'd say mass effect or monster hunter both will give you tons of replay and the online will keep you going for a long time.

If you like MMO style games, go with MH3U.

 

If you like very intense games go with ZombiU.
