I have noticed a trend at E3 so far. Tons of connectivity/crossplay and tons of open world games. I can easily see this getting to be the next big trend since the FPS craze that started in the early 2000s.
Are Sandbox games and crossplay the next big things?

except these games just don't look all that great. The Crew looks pretty good, but that sandbox shooter rpg thing was just meh, looked like a military watch dogs especially when the reveal was done so similarly. Games are just feeling too big now. I just want to go back to a time where I actuall yfelt like I was able to actually do everything in the game I played.

I actually love the exploration. It's like gaming in a real world.

i hope so, i love open world games. I find myself not competing linear story games these days. I just want to screw around in an open world and have fun.
