One thing`s for sure: do not reveal your E3 games months in advance - although that probably happened to spike sales and to ease some concerns.
It will be tough for Nintendo to do game reveals on ND and then at E3 again.
Would be easier if they did on ND just for VC and Indie games. That way they could save the big announcements for E3.
Also, buy the time the year is over, Wii U will probably be in a much better condition and that could lead to some new 3rd party support.
The Best Buy was a good idea, but they should also go for the big avenues like Walmart and if possible do that across Europe and Japan. Even if not all once as that would require a lot of resources.
One more thing: Buy that space at the entrance of E3 and put there the 3DS and Wii U and add the catchphrase: Beware: Nintendomination!
