While playing games off of the HDD it will sometimes randomly crash, and I will get error code 160-0105

This doesn't happen while transferring data in settings or loading games from the menu, but it seems most often while a level is loading or something like that.

 

My hard drive gets power from the wall, so power isn't the issue. 

 

I was also wondering if anyone else has been having this issue.

I have not myself, it could be a HD issue, i think the best thing you can do is ask for help here http://techforums.ni...community/wii_u hope you get it sorted out, let us know how you get on.
