So i got last of us launch day, but I've spent most of the time addicted to the online play, seriously put in at least 12 hrs online, but only did about 55% of the story. And i gotta say, I'm not super impressed so far, it feels like I'm playing out an " i am Legend" story with a variation twist. I'd have to say i still find uncharted series from naughty dog a better experience for me, and as far as this year on ps3 tomb raider is still my #1.

 

BUT

Anyway, i go to turn it on today to try and crank through it because everyone is telling me i'll be very impressed with the 2nd half of the game....yet somehow I'm back to the beginning, at 0% even though my save file says i've played 7 hrs and 48 minuets. so upset right now...may be silly, but i don't want to invest any more time in this game JUST to get back to where i was, so I'm trading it in tommorow.

I only played the main story didn't even touch the multiplayer and don't plan on it either.

Well the Last of Us is truly a bench mark in games and it's easily in my top 5 this gen. Still if you just didn't get into it, I guess I can only say your missing out. Also the multiplayer is awesome to lol.

Ya The Last Of Us has a major glitch where your save file gets deleted. also i agree, everyone saying 10/10 100/100 5 stars is all baloney. The story was meh could have been better, you was doing the exact same thing from start to finish, choke badguys to death and avoid being spotted, either that or shoot them (which btw, the AI in this game is so breakable). But the Visuals are amazing.

I'm really thinking of buying this but i'm pretty far in to Metro last light on pc so do i use my small gaming window to finish last light or buy this and take a peek at it

If you don't play The Last Of Us then you'll be missing out on one of the best games of this console generation if not the best. It just goes to show how talented Naughty Dog are when they can release four top notch AAA games in succession in such a short space of time.

Well i just bought uncharted no.1,I've not used the PS3 in around three years so maybe it's a good time to catch up.

The Uncharted games are great too and definitely worth playing. That said there is something about The Last Of Us that makes it so engrossing. It's like Naughty Dog have taken what they did with the Uncharted series and refined it even more. The game is just so immersive.

Advice taken lol, Ordered The last of us  now i had better complete Metro last light before they arrive.
