An inside source has reported today that both The Crew and The Division games are most likely coming to XBox 360 and PS3 consoles but will not be hitting the Wii U.  Both games were shown off by Ubisoft at this year’s E3 and were announced to be coming to the Xbox One and the PS4.

The Crew features across the U.S. racing focused on infiltrating and taking down criminal groups with solo, co-op, and online match up mission playing.  Multi-player will allow friends to team together in groups to race other groups online or compete in different types of game play.

The Division has a story line which follows the player as a part of a special team of people who were formed to help save what’s left of America after a virus was spread on a Black Friday that wiped out most of the country.  The game play is in the style of a third person, multi-player, action style, online, role playing style shooter.

Wouldn't be surprised.

Probably will be basing their decision off of how Watch Dogs does on Wii U to determine if The Division its coming to the Wii U. However, I don't think "The Crew" is coming at all due to poor sales of NFSMWU.

The Division could still do a Watch_Dogs and be announced for Wii U down the road, then again Ubi are probably gonna wait to see how well Watch_Dogs and Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag do on Wii U before they make any desisions.

If Watch Dogs does well, we will probably see The Division come to Wii U. However, it would most likely be a downgraded, smaller scale version.

I don't think Ubisoft will base The Crew coming to Wii U because another publisher - who traditionally doesn't do well on Nintendo platforms (and did little advertisement) - didn't do well. They hopefully believe they can do better.

But, in terms of Ubisofts games, they will watch AC4, Splinter Cell, and Watch Dogs performance to decide whether or not more games should come.

Watch Dogs better do well for Wii U. It looks like the premier version because the second screen is very natural with this concept.

I think they would. Do you not know how terribly Need for Speed sold? 29,000 copies world wide. Terrible.

What's the big deal about The Crew amd The Division anyway? I'm not saying they're bad games (I actually love Tom Clancy games), I just don't see why people are really excited about them.

They're genre-breaking. The Crew is an open world MMO racing game - unprecedented.  The Division is the first RPG style Clancy game in the 15-or-so years the series has been around. That's why!

No they wouldn't. One developer/publisher isn't going to look at another ones game and see how it did sales wise to decide whether they should release their own game of which the only similarity is that its also a racing game. I agree with MorbidGod.

But there are a lot of factors. Just because one racer didn't do well (with no advertising) and it was a remake doesn't mean theirs - which probably would have better graphics and more advertising - with more Wii U's sold (because it won't come out until next year). So more users, and Ubisoft can choose to advertise it more.

And I HOPE watch dogs does well. Because that is a game they will pay attention to.

They are Ubisofts new IP's. The Division looks a lot like Watch Dogs though.

Ok. I didn't really do much looking into the two games; I just saw the gameplay footage of The Division and didn't get what the big deal was.

Why wouldn't they? The fact that it's a racing/driving sim. is a pretty big similarity if you ask me. To say they wouldn't look at that is kinda stupid. They're not going to use a game that sold nearly 3 million across the 360 and Ps3 and sold like dog crap on Wii U. Sure they won't look at it.

Sure, it has a chance of coming, but everything does. But like I said. I doubt that it would come.

Not another couple of games not being converted to WiiU, this is getting worse, i really hope Nintendo are talking to 3rd party publishers because Nintendo in house studios can't do enough decent games to keep gamer's going.

I'm playing Need for speed on our WiiU from time to time but compared to the amount of time i'm playing the likes of Metro last light,Minecraft,Forza and the fact i have just ordered a few PS3 games it's starting to gather a bit of dust....
