Regardless its likely to sell a lot more on PS3 then on PS4.
I`m tempted to say yes - given the userbase - but some titles tend to sell better with the start of a generation.
Honestly, and given the latest sales figures, i think it could work both ways as PS4 doesn`t have a lot of titles like R&C.
