So I am at  approximately 150 hours in the game and I am unsure if this question was ever asked by anyone else in the forum but to anyone who own and enjoy Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate what are your favorite weapon or weapons to use in the game?

 

I happen to be very fond of Hammers and Switch Axes.

Switch Axe is my thang. Love how they unnerfed it for ultimate.

Thats definately next on my list after i destroy the world with mah ax.

Love variety melee weapons.

Longsword hands down.  The only hard part is deciding what weapon I like the most after it.

hate the long sword (bores me with repitition).... Yet I love collecting them (they look awesome)

But I do love having longsword wielding team mates. They do great damage, its hard for them to miss, They are predictable (consistant, They dont move around much during combos) and there is no move in their arsenal that can disrupt an axer in momentum.

Not that it matters much for me at the moment, im soloing the whole game on 3ds.
