I'm desperately hoping Nintendo purchases Atlus, the addition of Persona to Nintendo's Third Party exclusives (would become first party) would be great

I feel like everybody wants Nintendo to buy Atlus just for the fact that they want to see Nintendo "WIN", instead of looking for Atlus's own well-being. Atlus has alot of controversial and edgy content in most of their games that I just don't see meshing well with Nintendo's image.

The Shin Megami Tensei main series has been on Nintendo systems for a long time, with the 4th one being exclusive to the 3DS, so their image would work well with Nintendo's.
