Has the rumor spread outside 01.net? Because, as far as I'm aware, there recent few articles have had shaky credibility. I doubt Nintendo or any developer would need to state it as false, simply because it's a non-issue and anyone who looks into the device will know that the faults are contradicted by past events.Im just a bit woorid that no dev has come forward and said this rumour is false, or nintendo for that matter. You think that damaging news/rumours like this would need addressing for nintendo investors interests
Even at the off chance that the cords being for battery is a lie, the rumor states that it doesn't work wired or wireless. We've clearly seen it work, so that HAS to be a lie.
