I think it will be. That's why I'm gonna wait for the first price drop. (and I'll have enough time to save money...)

I have this feeling that the Wii U will have a lot of incentive stuff at the start to make you want it straight away. Beyond having a good launch line up. I wouldn't be surprised, considering the state of the 3DS.

It's not going to be like the 3DS with a poor lineup and a half finished console. They know this.

My guess is $50 worth of UStore points for anyone who buys it within the first 3 months.

After the 3DS price incident and the fact that they want to be competitive to PS360, they can't make it too expensive. And seeing as it will be another year before it's out, it shouldn't be too hard to save up money

Yeah. Nintendo learned hard that overpricing a product does not work well for them. Plus, by the Time the WiiU comes out, odds are likely that Nintendo will becapable of selling at Maximium of $300

I say around $270 as that's $100 more than the 3DS's price, like the Wii was at launch. Well, I mean the original DS, not the Lite.

I don't think Nintendo will charge any more than $300 for it after what happened with the 3DS.

EB already put up the Pre-Orders as to being $598.

And isn't it a whole lot less than the PS3 at launch. Wasn't that thing like... $1000?
I remember people at school getting it, and people were like "Oh how is your PS3 going, moneybags?"
