I don't think games can look much better.
I mean, look at The Last Of Us on the PS3. That game actually looks better than any next generation games so far (apart from resolution and fps), if they could do that on the PS3, then they could easily do what the PS4 and One are doing on the Wii U.

Compare a filmed video from your half-crappy möbile phöne to The Last of Us, and you'll see that what is filmed reality looks more real. Games can always look better, even though it's not about resolution and fps anymore.
