I've bought a game without having a console where to play it. XP.
The thing is I haven't bought a Wii U yet but plan to get one during October, however I recently saw Mass Effect 3 for a really low price, that plus I had a couple of games to trade in the store and I ended paying less than 2 dollars for it
Have any of you ever done that? Buying a game before having the console for it?

Also, there are no threads for ME3 on this forum, has anybody got it? What's your impression on it? Does anybody play it online?

I pre ordered Little Big Planet 2 before I got a PS3. But by the time it came out I already had a PS3 since October of the previous year (the game got delayed from November 2010 to January 2011). But that's the only instance where I've bought a game before I got the console for it. I can't offer any comment on ME3, since I've never played any game in the series before.

I got the Metal Gear Legacy Collection and I don't have a PS3.

I bought persona 3 FES and smt 3 for ps2 even though i didnt have a ps2 at the time.

I bought ESPN connection for the Wii U before I owned one. Same deal, it was cheaper than "market value" and I knew I was getting a Wii U soon.

I never bought a game for a system I didn't have, but I preordered Skyward Sword without having a Wii Motion Plus Controller (which is why I preordered it for the BA controller), and my Wii wasn't working at the time.

I just bought Fallout 3 and New Vegas for a really good price even though I don't have an Xbox 360 and have them on steam. I just really wanted them on disc. But yes I have ME3 and play multiplayer during homeleaves.

What happened to your 360? You said that you were MLG Pro in Halo a while ago. (We never had that match...)

I have never owned a 360. I've played a little halo at my cousins house. Whats MLG?

No- but I've been hoarding games... Seeing them on sale, playing them just one or two times and not playing them anymore.  Mass Effect is one of said games.

No, I've never done that, but I can understand why people would. Personally, I get impatient and want to play the game right there.

i pireted MEtriliogy for PC, im not giving EA my money, have most DLC working. but also technicly payed 60 for the wiiU version and later found trilogy for cheaper on 360 at the same time so that should be even...
