I'm just wondering if anyone else is having this problem? I'm just trying out Netflix, but it keeps on crashing on startup, forcing me to manually Shut down my Wii U.
I can reset it by going to netflix.com and disconnecting it, but that's a royal pain.

Netflix works fine for me, try system resetting or contacting Nintendo.

Between Hulu Plus and Netflix, they both take turns on acting like crappy apps and crashing.
Hulu keeps ruining episodes on Attack on Titan for me.

It crashes probably 80 percent of start ups for me.
That's what it does to me I quit using it and dedicated my ps3 to it. Was worried my wiiu would end up broke.

I've been having this problem for awhile now. It seemed to go away but its been doing it again recently. Screen goes black and the music keeps playing. Sound familiar to anyone?

The same thing was happening to me with my brand new WW console. I found some forum threads talking about it and tried doing what they said: deleting the user data for Netflix, changing DNS settings for my wifi connection. Neither of those things helped, so I eventually just deleted the Netflix app and re-downloaded it from the eShop. That seemed to fix it for me.

That's what I find I have to do. it's annoying because Netflix for 3DS works fine.

It's a common problem as far as I'm aware. It happens to me a lot and if you look at Netflix on Miiverse you will see lots of other people complaining about it.
