Ubisoft executive Alain Corre was asked whether Rayman Legends (which has been released on Wii U, PS3, PC, Xbox 360 and PS Vita) would eventually arrive on Nintendo's handheld.

"When you look at Rayman Legends you see it's a very big game with a lot of levels. The graphics in 2D are also second-to-none. So, it takes time to squeeze everything and downsize it onto other formats," he responded.

"But we're not ruling anything out for that format [the 3DS]. We can't say anything more for the moment, but we can't rule the format out."

If they do decide that it's a possibility they better make it run well.

I wouldn't mind the back to origins maps being cut out.

Very blurry graphics, music quality was turned down to the lowest possible setting, control lag, framerate ran at about 25 fps (very low for rayman origins)

it was just a utter mess.

Wow, I'm glad I don't own that version then.

Only further adds to my desire for it to run well and look good if they even attempt this.

I'm sure it would sell. 3DS is a good market.

Some people always have a cellphone on them. I'm so awesome I always have a 3DS.

I already have Legends, so I don't care that much. Plus, the 3DS version of Origins was really bad, the demo showed all the problems when I played it. I'll just get the Vita version if I want it portable.

Why would you want this when you would need to squint to see Rayman?

You wouldn't have to squint if you have a 3DS XL
