Uhm...yeah. Monster Hunter 4 just pulled in a crapton of sales in Japan, so I don't think Capcom's money problems are that big of a deal anymore.
The post above was certified to be simply smashing by the Wii U Forum Staff.

It would be cool to see a megaman game done by Nintendo

I'd love it if Nintendo bought Capcom, but between the truckloads of money the made from MH4 and the fact that they are probably worth a ton, I don't think Nintendo will buy them.

MH4 may have made them big bucks, but they still have overhead and that MH4 money isn't going to last them forever. I don't know if Nintendo can just outright buy Capcom or not, but that doesn't mean they couldn't start buying up big chunks of their stock. Nintendo only has to own 51% of the company. That being said, it's very unlikely that would happen.
Some more likely options would be things such as Nintendo offering Capcom deals if they develop for them, Nintendo trying to buy out some of Capcom's IPs, or even a merger.
Nintendo does have a pretty nice chunk of change sitting in their banks. Nintendo's problem though is that they just don't seem to understand how to spend it. I 'somewhat' understand why they wouldn't try to buy Atlus since even though a lot people do love Atlus a ton, they wouldn't bring in the kind of numbers of gamers that would justify the price.
Capcom however is an entirely different ballgame. Nintendo might have to take out a second mortgage on Miyamoto to do it, but the ROI would be HUGE!!! They'd basically be set for good as far as 'hardcore' games go. When you get down to it Capcom is the only company comparable to Nintendo when it comes to IP power. Megaman, Darkstalkers, Street Fighter, Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, Monster Hunter, Marvel VS Capcom, etc. Imagine if all of those were Nintendo exclusives. There wouldn't be any doubt about the Wii U's chances, that's for sure.
