I'm thinking it just might. Maybe two if it doesn't use the tv or gamepad as other displays.
Nintendo did try something before with the Virtual Boy, but it was WAY too early for something like that. I'm really thinking Nintendo should seriously consider trying it again, hopefully as an accessory for the Wii u and not another separate console.

Why couldn't it? it's just a screen and controller.
