There is a general ritual I adhere to in DSO. The first time I fight anything with the word 'bel' in it I restart the game, get 3-4 levels and then completely rearrange my Demons. After that i just hope for the best.

I'm currently stuck with one of the bosses on Ocarina of Time. I think he's called Bongo Bongo. The annoying thing is that unlike in other dungeons, it takes a while to get back to the boss room in the Shadow Temple. To be honest, I've been stuck for a while with most of the bosses in that game so far.

Bongo Bongo is the best boss in the entire game, IMO. Here's a tip: The hover boots can save you a lot of pain from falling off the edge. Not sure if that's an item from the 7th or 8th dungeon though...

Also, as a general rule, always play defensive in Zelda bosses. They're really puzzle bosses in disguise, so the best way is to wait until you know you can hit it.

You get the Hover Boots in the same dungeon.

One boss I hated was Batt Jr from No more Heroes in his second form. It was tough trying to kill that form. Also Barthandelus in FFXIII was always a pain including second part of the final boss fight.

Actually, another boss I never remember beating was the last boss of Double Dragon II on the OG (Original Gameboy )

I think the girl with the sword boss in Sin and Punishment 2 gave me the most grief of them all in that game. (The Deko fist fight is the best part of that game hands down).

Speaking of S+P, in the first one on N64, when you have to play as Beast Saki and defend the friggin' planet from the crazy psykinetic girl. That was bloody insane. Took me 18 tries (I think) to get that one lucky break and just make it out a winner.

I had trouble when I fought against Crystal King in Paper Mario back in the days.
That's the only boss I had trouble with to be honest.

Thought of this one just recently, pretty much any boss on the one shot kill difficulty in Muramasa: The Demon blade. I think it was called Shura or something. This next one is kind of reaching but that giant bat thing from DKCR where you have to ride the barrel rocket was pretty difficult too.

I also found some of the bosses in Arc Rise Fantasia pretty tough but it was nothing grinding couldn't solve. Although those voice actors almost ground my ear drums into dust. I'm so glad ignition didn't touch the voice work on Muramasa because they don't know any good VA's. So yeah just thought I'd pitch in a few more. I'll just trail off silently now...
