Found it in one of the comments on "kotaku" today
Characters from left to right:
1st row: Albert Wesker, Lara Croft, Gordon freeman, the MC from Deus Ex: Humane Revolution
2nd row: Chell, John Marston?, Link, Commander Shepard(Female)
3rd row: Commander Shepard?, Snake, Cloud, Nathan Drake

NVM, found one on google that looks about right.
I'm pretty sure the third one is the main guy from half life.
I think the indian jones one might be from red dead.
The last one is Nathan Drake, fo sure!
