I sold my 3DS XL to pay for a PS4. I'm pretty sure that people here said I would regret this decision and I did eventually. So I bought a Zelda: A Link Between Worlds 3DS XL. I'm going to rebuy the Fire Emblem Awakening game next.

I suppose the reason I bought a 3DS XL in the first place was to play online games with you guys. But by the time I bought Animal Crossing New Leaf 2 weeks after it came out, the hype kind of died down. I now want a 3DS XL just to play offline game, the new Zelda and play the nearly flawless Fire Emblem Awakening again.

By the way, an update on something else. I said I might sell my Wii U to pay for a new TV, because my big one was glitching with my PS4. It turns out that buying something called a HDMI switch for $24 solved my TV problem, so I'm not going to sell my Wii U .

it just disappointing  that my 3ds screen is completely broken so i might (might) get a 3ds if i get good results on my mid-term exams

I did land one. I think they still have them in some stores but if you see one for under $220, better grab it quickly.

I'm happy with my blue XL. It is awesome how I can transfer everything to a new 3DS easily though.

I'm not. I have a launch aqua blue 3DS with the ambassador games but recently upgraded to a black 3DS XL and transferred all my games over to it. To me that was a good decision.

$250 you got that on launch? Was that off a friend or something like that? I remember my brother paid 220 quid for the blue launch 3ds which is equivalent to 362 dollars.

 

I have a feeling england can just get screwed when it comes to game prices :/

Not as bad as Austrailia does, lol. And why is quid (a slang word) such a popular alternative to the real name, pounds? Well both weird names to me because I'm American.

I was thinking of getting a Zelda 3DS XL, I didn't want to because I have my Auqua Blue 3DS with special edition Kingdom Hearts case and lose my Abasador games. Now that we can transfer.. a XL is appealing because of better 3d and viewing angles. Eh I'll live.

Enjoy Zelda, great game so far that I've played. Bit confusing as you don't know what items you need before so you go there and have to go back, lol.

No, I got it new from future shop about a month after it came out.

You could transfer before but only once I believe. I was able to transfer everything from my Aqua Blue 3DS to my Black 3DS XL.
