No, Sony has some sort of exclusive contract to only make Spiderman movies that was in effect before Disney bought them. You know that new Spiderman movie they made a couple of years ago? They made it for the sole purpose to renew their rights to make the movies.

It was a few years back. Maybe 09-10? I'm not sure, and too lazy at the moment to look it up.
