For a console that's been out 1 year and a couple months to overtake 360 which was out for 8-9 years is not bad. Xbox console sales in Japan have always been pathetic.

i knew 360 didnt sale well at japan, but this, my gosh, if ii were micro i would not launch a console again there seems just a waste of money, seems japanse are brainwashed and wont accept american mecrchandise

Microsoft has openly conceded the Japanese market to Sony, so this "milestone" is hardly significant.
