Developer DrinkBox is bringing a new digital version of Guacamelee to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox 360, and Wii U.

Guacamelee: Super Turbo Championship Edition is "coming soon." Similar to the Gold Edition on PC, it bundles all previous DLC into one game and expands the original story with new levels and boss battles. Playable characters will also receive new abilities in the updated version of the awesome 2D action/platformer. You can check out some of the new skills in the announcement trailer below.

Look for more on Guacamelee: Super Turbo Championship Edition on IGN closer to its launch.

Wonder if there'll be any discount for those that've already bought the game+DLC.

Ok, it's fine to not be interested by the title, but to call one of the better received indie games in a while shovelware just doesn't make much sense to me. :/

Be wary, the suck is coming.

It must be fun being as close-minded as you are.

Already got Guacamelee Gold Edition a few months back, but I might double dip for the Wii U version sometime.

I have no taste in games. I'm also raging there is no PC version of this game.

Wait. No PS3 version?

The game's already out on PS3 and Vita, so I doubt that there is much demand for it there.

It was even a PS Plus cross-buy, which is when I got them.

I was never sure about the game when it first came out, thought it looked a bit "try-hard". I'll wait and see if it ever goes on sale I guess.

Bring the noise.
