By gluing razor blades to certain parts of the playground. A 2 year old was cut, but the dad treated the injury at their home. I hope they catch whoever did this and give them the punishment they deserve, even if that person was drunk.

Things like this actually happen semi frequently. Especially on playgrounds. I don't know how common it is to find the people responsible though
