This is just a small $15 digital release. No biggie.

Granted I am not a massive fan of Ubisoft and if I was going to buy Child of Light, I would have done so on Steam, but the fact is Ubisoft have released some good products on the Wii U which haven't sold, so I'd imagine Ubisoft is trying to continue to offer the Wii U some support, but finds its difficult as they are not making a return on any of their investments, so they're caught between a rock and a hard place. That said I do wish they'd drop support for the Wii U instead of "cutting corners" on features like co-op in Blacklist or DLC for their games.

A okay, are that the battle-intro's? Why did you opt for ps4 version instead of wiiu?
Oh, I have the wii u version, I simply turned off the battle transitions as one of the first things I did in the options menu.

At 19 seconds
Edit well I am a god damn moron lol I somehow missed it in menu's
Still the DLC thing is a middle finger either way you look at it then they have this so called update top patch the names of the difficulty.

I really want to get this for Wii U simply to give 3rd parties my money and stop them hating the console, plus Miiverse support is the kicker.

Ubi don't like the WiiU it's as simple as that.

What a trivial thing to get so worked up about. Nobody even knows what these "transitions" are. The game is getting rave reviews because overall it's pretty impressive. I don't understand some people.

Well, I guess the transitions are in the wii u version.I turned them on breifly to check them out, before turning them off again to save time. Seem to be the same ones ive seen in videos of other systems.ZombiCarolyn, on 04 May 2014 - 5:22 PM, said:

The DLC is missing, although only 1 of the 6 packages can qualify as dlc.... Barely. An extra extremely op party member that you purchase the sidequest too.
The rest are simply potion and oculi packages, pay to win. Which. Screw that, the game gives that stuff out like candy to anyone who actually bothers to explore the gordeous world.
If my wife can do it, who was too intimidated and felt too much pressure to play golden sun.... Anyone who feels they need to pay to win this should just stop gaming. Seriously, just watch someone else play it on youtube, it will be virtually the same experience, save you money, and youll no longer be diluting the digital gene pool. Win win.

I have been overleveled last couple bosses. I don;t need the DLC at all. Thing is just in prinicable they left out WiiU again in DLC. Not what is in the DLC just the fact they left WiiU owns out. Tho I did like the idea of one skill but that was before I got a certain party member. Now it's a non issue.

Yeah, I say we should just be upset over principle and not the actual dlc.
Like, how about patching in some wii remote ir functionality? Seriously ubisoft, I can use a remote to control the blue blip to help my wife out, but I have to use the dpad instead of the pointer? Seriously guys?
Oh well. Im starting to think its just plain a miracle ubisoft let these guys release a game like this at all on any platform.

Naturally, the latest gen transition didn't matter. Developers knew from the outset how this would play out.
Trophy Cards are classy too! LOLZIGZAGOON
