Does anyone else think that this Zelda kind of looks like pre-SkywardSword in the timeline? It's kind of ancient.

That's a good idea! I was thinking futuristic because of the lasers, but then thought of the robots from SS. Maybe this is something of a sequel or prequel?

Nintendo launches enough to take E3, and they arnt even done yet.

 

Legand of zelda looks great this time around. nailed a mix of a animated and realistic artstyle. also OPEN WORLD ZELDA game.

 

splatoon looks amazing. When everyone is making generic shooters, Nintendo manages to mix it up to a whole new level. The only complaint i can see for it is artstyle from the dudebros, and people who thought it was sunshine 2 at first.

 

smash mii characters. Custom smash charaters, combing smashbros and Pokemon.  Expecting standered smash U, amibo smash U, and official tournie custom (rebalanced smash) smash U tournaments. 

 

Starfox!!!! not as great as metroid but still, it is starfox, It will be great

 

Nintendo is now supporting devils 3rd. 

 

Nintnedo 3rd party support seems to be picking up under supported games that they like, and make them second party. 

 

X finally got a NAME.

mario party 10 lets you play as bowser

 

And Ninty is still droping bombs.

Decent conference. 8/10

+ Bayonetta 2 being packaged with the original is awesome. October is perfect, buying a Wii U when it comes out.
+ Splatoon's concept is pretty interesting. Still on the fence about this one.
+ New Zelda looks pretty amazing. Best reveal. The fact that it's open world is exciting.
+ Xenoblade Chronicles shown. Sad it won't make it this year, though.
- Most uninteresting reveals were the Canvas Curse sequel and Mario Maker.
- Disappointed the 3DS iteration of Smash 4 didn't make it for a summer release.
+/- Unsure about Hyrule Warriors since it's just a re-skin of Dynasty Warrior, a franchise I absolutely dislike. However, the character roster including Zelda looks pretty promising.
+/- Unsure about that Toad spin-off.

Watching the Devil's. Third gameplay demo, how is this a WiiU exclusive? This isn't anything like nintendo. Are Ps4/XO fanboys Daisying about exclusivety like with Bayo 2 (which freaking includes Bayo1).
