DQX
Zelda
Pandora's Tower
And Rune Factory: Oceans (Which is already out in Japan)
Hopefully the Cafe will be able to play them in HD, then there would be no point in getting the PS3 port of Oceans, and the Wii version would prosper! (End Nintendo fanboyism)

E3 showings were a bit disappointing for many people but I think hype will soar once more when Nintendo show it off this year.
But alot of people are also looking forward to localization of XenoBlade and Last Story, which are both likely in my opinion.
It's amazing how the the human mind does not process the the fact I used the word "the" twice in a row in this sentence.

There are four games I'm heavily looking forward too (Though I believe DQX will probably be a Cafe launch title, so it counts as 3 )...DQXZeldaPandora's TowerAnd Rune Factory: Oceans (Which is already out in Japan)Hopefully the Cafe will be able to play them in HD, then there would be no point in getting the PS3 port of Oceans, and the Wii version would prosper! I think peope would be pretty upset if the DQX made the move to the Wii 2, being made to wait ages for news let alone a screenshot and then being told its going to be on another platform, that would be pretty deep.
I'm totally down for Skyward Sword (most people are ) and Kirby Wii. Might look into Rhythm Heaven, too, though it's possible I'll get the DS version instead.
I might pick up Kirby Wii, I want to support a more traditional Kirby game. Epic Yarn was ok but this looks better
Skyward Sword no doubt. E3 showings were a bit disappointing for many people but I think hype will soar once more when Nintendo show it off this year. But alot of people are also looking forward to localization of XenoBlade and Last Story, which are both likely in my opinion.
Xenoblade localisation has been confirmed for Europe and Australia but I have doubts about the Last Story. It was decided that they would focus on Epic Yarn localisation but there is still a chance.

There are a few others that I am interested in that has already been release or is upcoming, but in comparison to other years (And yes, I thought 2008 was decent), it's garbage. Thank god that we're getting a successor, it's pretty much perfect timing.

I've been anticipating this game since... 2004.
Portable Ocarina of Time.
Nintendo could have had more of my money so long ago.
