This week’s issue of Famitsu has another update on Hyrule Warriors. We have news about a pair of new playable characters in the game as well as ones that will be making return appearances from the Zelda series. First, Famitsu reveals two new playable characters. The first, as far as I can tell, might be Agitha from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess. There’s also someone called “Lana”, though it’s unclear who this might be at present. Original character? Princess Lana from the Captain N: The Game Master animated TV series? It probably wouldn’t be wise for me to speculate since the information isn’t detailed. Take this part of the update with a grain of salt for now. Aside from playable characters, Famitsu also confirms that Argorok – who we’ve seen previously – and Zant from The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess will be appearing in Hyrule Warriors. We should have more (and clearer) information soon. Only preliminary details have leaked out of this week’s Famitsu so far.

Agatha was the girl you had to get bugs for in Twilight Princess, if I recall.

That's correct. Though I wonder why Agatha over Ashei (the girl from the Resistance group)

Agitha?!? How was she chosen to be a playable character over all the other possibilities?!? That's... Really surprising.

20 o.0 ooh fair enough then, I was only expecting 9 since that's how many slots were available in the E3 demoBecause it's a Warriors game. Expect 20 something more playable characters lol

Exaggerating. Just often a lot. Warriors Orochi but that's a fan service mash up of the DW/SW series had about a 100. Zelda having a deep history who knows. Maybe they go with 15 maybe more. Zelda has a deep history and a E3 build is hard to go on. I mean Mortal Kombat X e3 Demo had silhouettes of characters Boon made up just to tease people but were jokes and won't be in the game. They had some odd characters in Warriors games before as well.

Man, the hyrule warriors devs sure like twilight princess. I think Demise and Girahim would be better choices than any characters from TP.

So it looks like Zant isn't a payable character, he's an "enemy" which im guessing means boss. I hope Ganondorf is at least playable when you beat him.
