Are you trying to transfer from your mii from the Wii to the Wii U? That's what Interpreted it as. I don't think it's possible.

You can't transfer Mii's from Wii to WiiU as your WiiU Mii.
Just 3DS to WiiU. Also you worded this so weird don't think was part of the question but going to say it. You can sync your Wii Remote with WiiU for Wii Mode or WiiU games that support Wii Remote.
If you do a system transfer from Wii to WiiU all that data stays in Wii Mode so your Mii would be on WiiU but only in Wii Mode.
