Hey i am new here and have once before clicked on the link at the bottom of the site to go to the normal site (non-mobile). But when i rejoined the mobile site the link at the bottom seems to have dissapeared. What happened?

Actualy im on an ipod touch. I don't know how to change the theme either

You should be able to see a "change theme" option. If you click it you should see an option for IP.Board mobile.

if theres nothing there exit out of your tab abd reopen the website and it should pop up either change theme or full/mobile version

What does show up at the very bottom of the Page under the adGack! Its still not there! I even logged out then exited the tab, google this site and it still doesn't have the option at the bottom! What will it take?

Are you using an Android device? Someone reported this issue over on MLP Forums a few weeks ago, and IPS told me that the Android browser has trouble with the full skin (as it's very heavy on CSS and Javascript) and they've locked out the ability to switch to the full skin from Android devices for that reason.
There is apparently a setting somewhere where you can change your "user agent", which will prevent IP.Board from identifying your phone as an Android device. That should let you see the theme switcher again.
