I was actually talking about the Tokyo demo.It was confirmed it will be there but Nintendo also said it will be behind closed doors and showing it off to the media.

Nintendo NEEDS to show something new at CES. With the impending launch of the iPad 3 and the mysterious Apple event after CES in New York, consumers will forget about the Wii U and instead be tempted to get an iPad 3. If they show something new, the Wii U will get back in the semi-mainstream news and encourage more consumers to wait.
What if Apple confirms they will be joing the console war?, I don't know what I would say.

Apple tried that with the Pippin. It flopped harder than Virtual Boy.
Yeah, I am thinking Apple wants to forget they made that.

I also have a guy. But seriously they need to show more of what the console can do then what was a available at E3. I personally will be upset.... Even thought they have said the second "official" showing will be at E3 2012.
I doubt your guy is better than Batman. >=D

didn't know about that "Tokyo" demo
I wanna see it now!
Don't get to excited. Although it's really cool and brings up many ideas for new games, it's not a graphical demo.
Tokyo Street Scene
The fourth demo was a brief tech demo using standard definition video to showcase another way that the controller could be used to complement visuals shown on a television. In this instance, a rolling video of what appeared to be a car rolling through a Japanese street was shown on both the television and the tablet controller. When the controller was held up toward the TC, the video matched on both displays. However, when we moved the tablet around, the video on the tablet changed to reflect our position, showing us different parts of the environment. Think looking around you while riding in a car, but without the car. While there wasn't much more to the demo than that, the tech on display was interesting and got us thinking about ways it could be incorporated into any number of different game genres.

All reports I've read have said it blew the other graphical demos outta the water.
Ew, you used Gamespot as a source.
The demo was just to showoff the UPad's controller gyroscope, nothing graphical there, only an SD video
