In terms of THE GAMES RELEASED ON IT Do you think the Gamecube has the best software library. I think it is the best system ever in terms of software. What do you think? Tell me in the poll and in your posts.

I disagree.

The Nintendo DS has the best library by far. I mean, Professor Layton, Phoenix Wright, Radiant Historia, 999, Devil Survivor, Etrian Odyssey, Pokemon Black and White, Okamiden, man, I haven't even started yet.

GAMECUBE IS AWESOME! By far one of the best systems ever made. Great system with great games! Games like LOZ Wind Waker, LOZ Twilight Princess, Mario Kart Double Dash!!, Super Mario Sunshine, Chibi-Robo, SSBM, Fire Emblem Path of Radiance, Resident Evil 4, and lots more are some of my favorite games. I think it almost a perfect system! It made great graphics, had great sound, and looked great too. I absolutely love the GameCube's shape! The controller, by far the best controller I have ever held (that could change because of the Wii U, but I doubt it) I thought the mini-disc was a creative approach to what the games would be on (although it did sacrifice capacity). I'm sad this system didn't do as good as it could have, but regardless, it was a box of fun and will always I love that little cube!

I disagree.

The Nintendo DS has the best library by far. I mean, Professor Layton, Phoenix Wright, Radiant Historia, 999, Devil Survivor, Etrian Odyssey, Pokemon Black and White, Okamiden, man, I haven't even started yet.

I have to agree with Auzzie on this one. I love the gamecube, but I personally found much more quality titles for the DS. As Auzzie Said, you can't even start on the levels of awesomeness that the DS had

I'm afraid I have to disagree here. Judging by software released for a system, the award for best system ever would have to go to either the SNES, PS2, or DS. While the GameCube did have some awesome first Party games, it lacked several third party titles it's competitors had that made them much more popular systems (Grand Theft Auto comes to mind). The GameCube was a great system, but nowhere near being the greatest ever.

I have to say yes. It had the games like Animal Crossing and Sims, and also games like Call of Duty and Medal of Honor. GameCube had a huge variety of games, and I admit to playing my GC today.

In opinion, yes, the Gamecube was my best system ever. It has my most favourite Nintendo first-party titles with a good handful of third-party titles.
