I will be buying this computer and me and the seller already agreed on a price. I was just wondering what you thought it was worth in US $. And no, I'm not selling it, I will be using it.

240GB Samsung Evo SSD

The Intel NUC was defective, so I returned it.

I'd guess close to $800 - $950

I recreated the computer with PCPartPicker.

It's valued at $548.40, not including mail-in rebates.

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/7xdNsY

I suppose the $126.60 for assembly and shipping isn't TOO unreasonable.

Dude dont buy this device!!!! Everything is great except the processor, R7 260 is a Great GPU if your on budget but combing it with an antlon will bottleneck the GPU or in other words, it will badly slow it down. And that PSU is a disaster; it will ruin your entire build if it malfunctions

Here is Good build for the same price;

http://pcpartpicker.com/p/v8cQwP

This build can play you all games on high quality and on 1080p ( frame Rate on minimum of 30 fps per minute)

1.Battlefield 4, 38fps on high , 28fps on ultra. all at 1080p

2.crysis 3 can do 36-40 fps on high and 30 on very high, 1080p

something else , stay away from intel i5 NUC; its a waste of money.

It didn't take much.

You literally just copy-pasted your post from TechPowerUp to here.

I thought people were being "cheap" over there, and wanted to see the opinions of people here. Either that, or I am just crazy.

Well if you want my "professional" opinion, it's a bit overpriced for what you're getting.

Although it seems a little over priced to me.

I agree with you intel is great but, if your on budget its better to get amd.

Yes its way overpriced , specially the fact that it has that slow anthlon CPU

Are you sure the Athlon CPU is slow though? It's the latest model and as fast as an AMD FX. You might be thinking of the older Athlons.

Still though, I can spot two major problems with this build...

FX has an advantge of having L3 cache which improves the performance of the computer. it also has a high clockspeed and unlocked multiplier which means you have the chance to overclock in the future. since you are using AM3+ socket for Your FX,You have the chance of upgrading to more powerfull Cpus. On the other hand , Anthlon is using FM2+ which means your top option is A10 CPU.

Here is some data I got from Toms Hardware

"FX 4300 is great for games
FX 4300 -6610 points .3D Mark 11 Phisics , gamers benchmark
i5 4670 -6830 points
FX 8350 - 6880 points
FX 6300 - 6080 points
Athlon X4 760K - 3620 points"

Put in fact that its being compared againts an i5.

What are the problems you spotted in my build????

I would suggest a barebones i5 quad with a board that you can upgrade.... Be around 250-300 bucks, with os.

Buy some ram, a 150-250 dollar gpu.

Wont have a small form factor.... But good bang for the buck.

Not just the performance of the i5, its a lot more mature techwise and reliable than amd cpu products right now.

I would recommend nvidia because their GPUs are less power hungry

as i said; i5 is great but its alot more expensive than its competitor in AMD(FX 8350)

Hey mahmood, I was talking about the build I posted having problems. The Samsung 840 Evo needs a firmware fix because it was discovered to be bugged, I found out, and I agree with you that the EVGA power supply is not the safest bet ever. Those are the two problems. Anyway, if you guys want to know what I'm going to do, PM me.

Fry electronics on the west coast US, or if you ever can, the electronics district just outside of Yongsun in Korea is the most amazing place ive ever been for jaw dropping deals.

That is indeed correct. But I mean what I'm going to do about the seller and computer. I could post it here, but it's a little easy to track down public posts. I'm worried that the wrong eyes might read this and cause drama.
