How I rate the Vita games I'm playing right now:
Street Fighter x Tekken - 9/10 (looks great on the Vita screen)
MLB 14 - 8.9/10 (gameplay that surpasses the graphics)
Freedom Wars - 8.6/10 (great!)
Blazblue: Chrono Phantasma - 8.4/10 (pretty good fighter)
Final Fantasy X Remaster - 8.3/10 (still not terrible, better than I remembered) (Sorry Shovel)
Dynasty Warriors 8 XtremeLegend - 8.3/10 (Hyrule Warriors is better)
DOA 5+ - 8/10 (okay)
PlayStation All-Stars Battle Royale - 8/10 (good but plays a lot like Smash)
Super Monkey Ball Banana Split - 7.5/10 (eh, it's okay)
How I would rate past Vita games I used to play:
Disgaea 3 - 10/10 (fantastic)
Gravity Rush - 8.9/10 (great game)
Little Deviants - 7.8/10 (eh...)

A lack of Persona 4 Golden in that list.
Also check out (in no order): Soul Sacrifice Delta, Toukiden, Super Crate Box, Danganronpa 1 and 2, Rogue Legacy, SteamWorld Dig, Minecraft, Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, Hatsune Miku Project Diva f, Spelunky, Hot Shots Golf: World Invitational, Tearaway.
Personal favorites? Soul Sacrifice Delta, Danganronpa's, Persona 4 Golden, Project Diva f and F2nd, and Spelunky. Minecraft was on the list, but then I got the PS4 version and I can't go back. :P

I'm beginning to think Ryudo's joke about you training to work at IGN is true...You're lucky Ryudo / it's weird how some are like that, some aren't.

7 is a good game. Eh is 5-6 in ratings, add this to Sonic Boom(was it) getting a 6 even though it hits more then it misses and yeah, your whole rating system is wonky
On topic, I've been enjoying the NFS:MW game that was given out during PSX. It's actually really fun, just a bit stupid with the varying different races and recommended stuff. It's really fun when the game goes well. However, I often myself having to reset a race because the AI either acts laughably stupid(I had a car somehow lodge itself sideways in a narrow alleyway when I was in third, effectively stalling the race because he couldn't drive properly) or when after one accidental twitch on the analog, I go flying, crash, and end up in last place despite having a decent lead beforehand. Add in the issues that I have with pop in at moments where A key segment of a race ends with me getting side checked by something that you as a driver can not control and it can get frustrating.
Still, the actual racing is fantastic, the graphics are really good, and it's a nice pick up and play or a sit down for hours. Right now, I'd probably give it a 7/10.
Other games I've played/Beaten:
Little Big Planet Vita: 8/10
Gravity Rush 7.5/10
Minecraft: 6.5/10

Games that refuse to use Gameplay effectively to do anything are like films that refuse to use cinematography in film to do anything.

I picked up NFS:MW for vita a couple weeks back for cheap. I agree, the game is solid on the handheld.
