Does this function like that horrible Nintendo Video app? I can only see Inazuma Eleven, is there any info on what other shows will be on the app?

I'm just curious even though I doubt I'd watch anime on such a small screen.

They've gotta be setting up services for down the line, that's the only thing I can think of.
